-Good communication and instructions from host, who kindly let us check in early. -Good distance to Santutxu metro and casco viejo. -Apartment itself was clean inside.
-Several things did not work. Some lights, no channels on tv, bathroom door would not close, taps were fitted the wrong way so hot water would come out instead of cold. -Lack of natural light and ventilation due to windows facing either street level or dark interior of building. -Noise from neighbours.
