És un apartament còmode i confortable situat en una zona tranquil.la.
El sistema d'obertura de la porta: s'obria a través d'un enllaç que ens van enviar al mòbil. Un dia es va espatllar i no vam poder sortir durant una bona estona del pis. Vam trucar i ens van enviar el servei tècnic, però va trigar una mica i vam haver de demanar a un veí que ens obrís amb les claus físiques que li vam llençar per la finestra, ja que des de dins no es podia. Caldria tenir en compte que aquesta situació es podria produir en un moment d' emergëncia mèdica o de qualsevol altre tipus.

Super Einrichtung, schön groß und hell.
Wenn man von draußen rein kommt, roch es unangenehm. Lüften war immer erstmal notwendig. Die Unterkunft ist nur mit dem Bus zu erreichen. 20 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum. Und wir hatten ziemlich mit Mücken zu kämpfen. Vielleicht ist das aber überall in Bilbao so.
Zum digitalen Türöffner und der Kommunikation. Manchmal ist weniger mehr. Das könnte übersichtlicher gestaltet werden. Mit einer Anleitung über ein Kanal. Nicht so viele Einzelnachrichten.

It was like a brand new renovated 3 bedroom apartment with lots of windows that opened right up but also shutters that blacked out the light at night. Nicely decorated too!
The location is about 25 mins walk from the old town and Guggenheim in a residential area. A bit up hill on the way home. No problem for us as we liked walking. No parking but if you have a car there is a parking garage 10 mins walk for 22Euro /day.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig und man ist in ein paar Minuten an verschiedenen Busstationen . Die Innenstadt ist so in ca. 10 min zu erreichen.
Die Ausstattung ist hell und freundlich.
Die Matratzen sind sehr gut und fest.
