"The apartment is essentially a brand new self-contained show home with balcony, equipped kitchen etc. The full-time residents tend to be seniors who you very occasionally encounter them in the hallway..."

Apartament molt grand molt ben equipat
La qualitat del llit es molt baixa, no es un llit grand son dos de petits amb matalàs de qualitat molt simple. No te parking, encara que just al costa de les 18.30 a les 8 costa 7 € si has de passar mes temps es una ruina

The apartments were comfortable and incredibly clean, with excellent amenities, good bathroom and comfortable bed. The key collection (from a lock box) was easy and all the communications were efficiently handled.
The apartments were in an aged car / nursing home residence. This was only clear to me once I had booked and paid (with no refund). I rechecked the listing and deep in all the property information it does make reference to a multi generational living facility, but I'd expect something significant like that to be highlighted in the main description upfront.
