The hotel's location is decent, not too far from the train station or the main attractions around Provence. That said, it would help to have clearer directions on getting there from the station, as the walk involves a fairly steep incline, not ideal if you're hauling a large suitcase.
Check-in was smooth, and the lady receptionist gave me a warm welcome, even helping guide me toward the lift after noticing I had a large suitcase.
I'd booked a single room, but it could easily accommodate two people if needed. There's a fridge in the room with a bottle of water inside, I wasn't sure if this was complimentary or came at a cost, since I couldn't find any info about it and forgot to ask at the desk.
If you arrive early, luggage storage is available and safe at reception, they'll give you a bag tag for it, which was a nice touch.

They provide outside free parking and just 5-8mins walk to the village of aix . Quiet at night time with good breakfast and helpful staff
