The dining room space fits naturally into the room. The ensemble opens onto the south facing terrace, with stunning sea views. The kitchen is open and fully equipped, with everything necessary to cook daily. On the night side, both rooms are located north. Each has a queen size bed 160x200 cm and reversible air conditioning. The master bedroom also has access to a loggia. A bathroom with toilet completes the apartment. The set presents a modern, sober and warm decoration, with quality materials and equipment. Common parking is available in the residence, at the foot of the building. ACCESS TO PROPERTY From Nice Airport French Riviera: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.From Cannes station: about 11 minutes by car or 35 minutes by foot. Need a transfer?
