The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a luxury building in one of Cannes' most famous residences, with 24-hour surveillance.
The entrance serves the different rooms. The living room, spacious and bright, where you access the terrace.
In its extension, a large open kitchen with sea view is equipped with all the necessary. The large counter also serves as a high table for meals.
On the night side, two bedrooms with double bed (140x200cm):
- The master bedroom has a TV and its own shower room with toilet
- The second bedroom also has a private shower room and a pergola
An independent toilet is accessible from the hallway.
The terrace is equipped for meals or relaxing moments with sea and island views.
The entire apartment is tastefully furnished, in sober and modern tones, and each equipment has been chosen for its comfort and quality.

From Nice airport: about 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes station: 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes by foot.
