Accommodation: At the entrance to Cannes, within walking distance of the beaches of Palm Beach and La Croisette, this three-room apartment offers a pleasant and bright setting. The south facing terrace naturally extends the living room and becomes a popular area from morning to evening.MAIN OUTCOMES - South exposure - A sober and warm decoration - Shops at the foot of the building - WiFi included - Reversible air conditioning HOUSING Located on the first floor without elevator (6 steps only), the apartment opens onto an entrance that distributes the different spaces. The main living room includes a living room and dining area. The set has access to the south facing terrace, pleasant for morning coffee. The kitchen is separated and equipped with essentials to cook daily. (Note that it does not have a dishwasher). On the night side, the apartment offers two rooms located on both sides of the accommodation. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm, a wardrobe and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed 140x190 cm and a wardrobe. A shower room completes the night space. An independent toilet is located in the entrance. There is no washing machine in the apartment, but a laundry is at the foot of the building, convenient for longer stays.
