Located in the district of Basse California in Cannes, Villa Schneider is ideally situated close to the beach and the famous Croisette (5 minutes walk), and the Rue d'Antibes (10 min walk). The area is quiet and safe, and has all the local shops within 50m (bakery, small supermarket, newsagent, bank ...) and external free parking outside the residence.

This luxury apartment is a 2 room cabin of 60m², tastefully decorated and very well equipped, with one bedroom and a large cabin, ideal for a family of 4.
Possibility of monthly rental in winter.

• Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 hot plates, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine
• Bedroom 1: Double bed (160x200), 2 bedside tables, desk, dresser, closet with shelves and hanging space, outer opening on terrace
• Bedroom 2 (large cabin): 2 single beds (80x200), 2 bedside tables, large closet with shelves and hanging space, opening on entry
• Bathroom: bath, basin, cupboards, dry towels, hair dryer, magnifying mirror
• Separate WC with washbasin and storage

Everything was perfectly taken care of—clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the garden is lovely. The supermarket is just around the corner, and the welcome was incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

We have had 2 lovely weeks and have created some special memories. Within walking distance are grocery shops, pharmacy, patisserie and bus stop into Cannes centre. We all slept very well thanks to the quiet location and comfortable beds. The A/C worked well and was a welcome relief! The pool was quiet (despite it being peak season) and the other residents were friendly.
We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. Thank you.
