✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire apartment.

✹ ELEVATOR: The building is equipped with a shared elevator. This is a non-essential amenity, the apartment is located on the 1st floor and can be easily accessed by stairs. Please note that the elevator is part of the building’s common areas and is operated and maintained by the copropriété/building management, not by the apartment owner or host.

As with any shared building equipment, temporary and unexpected outages may occasionally occur due to maintenance or technical faults. In the event of an outage, the apartment remains accessible by stairs while the building management arranges the repair.

If continuous elevator access is essential for medical, mobility or other reasons, please contact us before booking so that you can determine whether this property is suitable for your stay.

✹ PARKING: The apartment doesn't have private parking

✹ CHECK-IN: Please note that on-line check-in is required before arrival at the property. In compliance with current law, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of reservation. One week before arrival, you will receive an automated email asking you to follow a link to check-in. You must use this link to: Upload the IDs of all guests and provide a credit card for a temporary card authorization of 500 eur. Please note that your entry codes will only be released once both steps have been completed. If the check-in process is not finalized, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund. These measures are legally required and strictly enforced to ensure compliance and security. ✹ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in and late check-out options can be provided, subject to availability in our reservations calendar. Please inform us your desired arrival/ departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees of 50 eur apply. ✹ LUGGAGE STORAGE: We don’t have the possibility to store your luggage. You might want to check the luggage storage facility by the Cannes train station: cannes.city-locker.com. ✹ STAYS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning is required to ensure your comfort. This service includes fresh linens and towels, and will be arranged and charged separately. ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea. ✹ TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with one large blanket for the double bed and one small blanket for the single bed. We don’t keep extra blankets on-site, and we thank you for your understanding. ✹ Elevator. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly areas in the bedrooms and living room. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones?
