Location is excellent Right on the Coisette next door to the Carlton Very nice studio with good facilities and a cute balcony and working air conditioning (which is a plus in France).

Could have more towels and pillows. And some black tea. But otherwise had everything

The room was clean!

The building feels like abounded after an apocalyptic event; parking which they offered was a nightmare-once you parked , you couldn’t get out because it was contradiction works going on; windows you could not open during the day because of another construction works right across; elevator had a constant problem; the balcony was super tiny -you need to be a size 0, definitely wasn’t the same as on the photos; and to pay 500 euros deposit for one room 21 m, we found outrageous. We think it’s falls advertise-you don’t really understand at first that it’s not a hotel but apartments , there is no service whatsoever , it’s nothing else but Air b&b and rigging to do with luxury or palais living. For the less money I can stay in the proper 4 star hotel around the corner with full service and room cleaning every day.
