Excellent central location, just a short walk from La Croisette. The apartment was clean on arrival and communication with the host was generally straightforward.

The apartment looks much more luxurious in the photos than it does in reality. While it has been renovated and styled nicely, the overall finish feels quite cheap in places and does not match the luxury description. The bathroom contained a cluttered storage corner with exposed pipes, the shower drain was partially blocked, and the bathroom door could not be properly closed. There was also a slight unpleasant smell in the bedroom facing the courtyard. The amenities were insufficient for the number of guests. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided for our stay, so we had to purchase additional supplies ourselves. The wardrobe was also impractical, as it contained hangers but no rail to hang them on. The building itself is old and much less appealing than the apartment photos suggest. Accessibility was a significant issue. We informed the host in advance that we were travelling with a baby and a stroller, yet nobody mentioned that after using the very small lift there are still additional stairs both down and up to reach the apartment. This made arrival and departure unnecessarily difficult. We also arrived shortly after the official check-in time of 3:00 PM and found that the apartment was still being cleaned. Finally, we were surprised by the check-out instructions. Despite paying more than €250 per night, guests are asked to take out the rubbish, wash and put away dishes and complete several other housekeeping tasks. At this price point, we found these expectations unreasonable.
