Character house of 80 m2 fully air-conditioned, including 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed; 1 bedroom with 2 80 cm beds that can be brought together (we have a cot available); dining room with reading corner facing the sea (in the library: books, cards, tarot, Scrabble, chess; hiking guides, detailed maps of the region); living room with fully equipped American kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine with ten capsules, washing machine and dishwasher, food processor, citrus press, pressure cooker ...); basic necessities are available (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, detergent, dishwasher products ...); household linen provided (sheets and blankets or quilts and duvet covers, hand and guest towels, bath sheets, gloves, tea towels, tablecloths and table mats); 2 TVs: 1 with TNT, 1 connected to a satellite dish - so remember to take your decoder - or to TNT; CD player; a 10 m2 terrace overlooking the sea and the Lérins Islands with tables and chairs; fully enclosed gardens with 4 sunbeds, table, armchairs, parasol, electric table plancha; secure access by pedestrian code or remote control for private parking; all shops (bakery, butcher, fishmonger, caterer, supermarket, pharmacy ...) within walking distance; sea 5 mins; sporty and free sandy beach of Mouret Rouge (with free parking, sailing school, windsurfing, and kite surfing) and Pointe Croisette (Palm Beach free parking) 10 mins walk (5 mins by car); at the top of rue d'Antibes, 15 mins on foot or 7 mins by car (Lamy car park: the first hour is free, otherwise, park on the Géant Casino free paking and walk); Nice airport 35 mins by car; SNCF train station 1.5 km away; bus stop 100 meters to go downtown.

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette maison avec tout le confort nécessaire et une vue sur la mer très réjouissante. La maison est très bien aménagée avec un grand jardin qui a fait le bonheur de notre fils. La climatisation est un atout. Enfin, le fait de pouvoir accéder à la plage en 15 min à pied est un réel atout de la localisation. Je recommande

Sono stata ad agosto con la mia famiglia composta da me, mio marito, ma figlia di 16 anni e la nostra piccola Dafne, un bassotto di 5 anni, che ha gradito moltissimo il giardinetto della casa.La casa è dotata di tutto, molto ben organizzata.La vista dalla veranda della porta principale è ottima e molto gradevole la mattina, quando si allestiscono i tavolinetti ripieghevoli per la colazione.(non vi nego che ci abbiamo anche cenato) La casa è vicino a tutto quello che serve: supermercato, negozi, divertimento. Si trova alle porte di Cannes, proprio a pochi metri di distanza dalla fascinosa e luminosa Croisette....... Noi siamo stati molto bene, raccomandiamo la casa agli amanti del relax, ma anche a chi cerca la vita di spiaggia o la vita notturna. Ci ha accolto un collaboratore della proprietaria: Jean Piere, e devo dire è molto gentile. Silvye è una padrona di casa molto premurosa. E stata una bellissima vacanza. Grazie.
