About this apartment rental

Luxurious 3 room apartment (105 m2), nested in the greenery of a well-preserved nature within a private garden (700m2), facing the sea.
It occupies the whole ground level of a 4 story authentical "Belle Epoque" mansion, that was artfully renovated with quality equipment.
Large patio (33 m2) with outside space (52 m2 altogether) and garden (700m2), large barbecue, spa, solar shower (parking lot in the garden).
It is a short walk down to the sea (400 m) via a path, partially private.

The apartment comprises:
- A large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, with dining and sitting areas. It has an attractive wooden beam ceiling providing a Provençal atmosphere. (45 m2)
- A spacious bedroom with a large electric double bed, TV set, cupboards with hanging spaces and a safe, writing desk, leather armchairs etc., with its own bathroom and separated toilet (total area: 29 m2).
- A second bedroom with twin beds, plus an armchair which converts into a comfortable single bed, TV set etc. with, "en suite", its own shower room and separated toilet (total area 23 m2).
- A small laundry room with washing and drying machines.
All the main rooms enjoy the sea view and open onto the partially covered terrace which is luxuriously equipped with a large barbecue, a convivial table that seats ten people, deck chairs etc..
From the flowered Mediterranean garden, the plunging view on the maritime panorama, the Lerins Island and the Esterel is stunning.
Reversible air conditioning, alarm, secure electric gates, safe, Internet complete the equipment.
It is a five minutes’ drive to the beaches, 7 min to the town centre and 8 min to the Palais des Festivals.
Very well located for touring the region

This view is absolutely breathtaking! From our morning coffee to our nightly after dinner drink, the porch was so comfortable and inviting. The interior was lovely and had everything we needed. It was the perfect setup for me and my husband with our two adult children! Emma and Charles were so sweet and welcoming! They went out of their way to greet us and show us around. They even sent us off so kindly (even though it was 4:00 am)! The location was nice away from the busy Cannes yet close enough to the adorable Antibes. Wonderful time for all of us!!
