PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The living room features a comfortable sofa, a large smart TV, and carefully selected furniture. The dining area integrates naturally into the space. Large openings lead directly to the south-facing terrace, offering breathtaking views of the sea.
The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped, providing everything needed for daily cooking.
The two bedrooms are located to the north. Each is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and reversible air-conditioning. The master bedroom also benefits from access to a loggia.
A bathroom with WC completes the accommodation.
The apartment is decorated in a modern, understated, and warm style, with quality materials and appliances.
Communal parking is available at the foot of the building.

All key boxes are located on the front of our premises at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
