THE MAIN LEVEL

The renovated kitchen pairs crisp white cabinetry, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances with a breakfast island that seats five, flowing into the dining area and a bright living room with a smart TV and walls of windows framing the water. Step out to the expansive rear deck for morning coffee and front-row sunsets over the canal.
WATERFRONT & OUTDOORS
Tie up your boat at the private dock, cast a line, or launch a kayak or paddleboard right from the backyard. Canal depth runs about 5-8 feet, and roughly 3-4 feet at the canal entrance at low tide.
