The Farmhouse at Fox Ridge gives you the feel of a countryside retreat without giving up convenience. The property sits on a large open lot with a rural, spacious feel, but you are only minutes from the Pelham Road exit, GSP Airport, dining, shopping, and everything the Upstate has to offer.
The home sleeps 13 comfortably across five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with an open, well-furnished layout that works just as well for a family reunion as it does for a group getaway.
The wraparound porch is a genuine highlight. Whether you are having coffee in the morning or sitting out after dinner, it delivers the kind of quiet, open-air setting that is hard to find this close to the city. The large unfenced yard stretches out with open countryside views and plenty of room to spread out. Your pups can enjoy off leash time in our fully fenced dog park; shared between the neighboring home, but not open to the public.

Suite 1 is a king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and high-quality mattress with luxury bedding, and a large smart tv.
Suite 2 is a fully handicap accessible king bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. The room features a ramp entry, wide doorways, step-free shower with grab rails, and additional accessibility features throughout, also a large smart tv.
Bedroom 3 is a king bedroom with high-quality mattress and luxury bedding.
Bedroom 4 has a queen bunk bed with two additional twin beds, sleeping up to 6 guests.
Bedroom 5 has a twin bunk bed.
Every king bed is outfitted with a high-quality mattress and luxury bedding.

Pets are welcome, but must be included on the reservation + paid pet fee. Dogs only with a 2 pet limit.
