This brand-new home is perfect for hosting large groups, offering 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms for comfort and space. Enjoy two refrigerators, a spacious kitchen with a large island, and a generous dining area ideal for gathering. Outside, relax with plenty of seating, a fire pit, outdoor TV, and a regulation-size pickleball court and a basketball hoop. Walk into a spacious living room with a 72in TV, family games, and comfortable seating.
The kitchen has an island that seats 7 with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and all of the cookware you need for large gatherings. The coffee station has a Keurig, drip coffee pot, sugars, creamers, and flavored syrups. The washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen.
The dining room table seats 10 guests, and the kitchen island seats 8.
Bedroom 1 features a King bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a TV, and a private full bathroom with a shower/bath, and walk in closet.

There are disc golf baskets located in the lower field; bring your own discs!
Our home is located one mile from downtown Greer. The neighborhood features a mix of housing. It is very safe.
