About this house rental
Atelier Escape — A Luxury A-Frame Wellness Retreat in the Colorado Rockies.
Nestled at 9,000 ft in the Colorado pines, Atelier Escape is a design-forward A-frame sanctuary built for people who want their mountain escape to actually restore them. Soaring cathedral ceilings, dramatic mountain views, and an Organic Modern interior — raw wood, clean lines, nothing unnecessary.
A note on summer comfort: our cabin sits at mountain elevation where evenings cool down considerably — opening the windows with the provided fans keeps every room comfortable, and the lower level stays naturally cool on its own. We've never needed air conditioning. Central heating keeps things cozy all winter.
The wellness experience:
✦ Himalayan Salt Room — the only one in any regional short-term rental; breathe deeper, unwind fully
✦ Private Sauna — detox after a day on the trails
✦ Outdoor Hot Tub — soak beneath a canopy of stars with Mountain views
The space:
3 bedrooms · 3 bathrooms · Mountain-view deck and Patio · Sleeps 6
Board games, books, and space to slow down — ideal for couples, close friends, or a family that wants room to breathe.
Where you are:
50 min · Red Rocks Amphitheatre
1 hr · Denver
90 min · Breckenridge
Adventure at your doorstep:
Hike Lost Creek Wilderness, Staunton State Park waterfalls, or Deer Creek Trailhead — all within 30 minutes. Paddle boards, kayaks, and ATVs available for rent in Bailey. White water rafting, zip lining, and guided fly fishing a short drive away.
In winter: snow tubing at Echo Mountain, ice skating at Evergreen Lake, and snowmobiling near Breckenridge. A short drive brings you to Indian Hot Springs — indoor hot spring pools and private hot tub rentals in Idaho Springs.
A short drive to local breweries, mountain cafes, and dining in Bailey and Conifer — including a guided goat hike if you're feeling adventurous.
Hike surrounding peaks by day, let the alpine quiet do the rest. Atelier Escape is where the mountains meet mindful luxury.

We stayed for a week for a family get away. This property is truly beautiful serene. The mountain views are amazing! A couple of mornings we woke up to deer below the deck. We cannot recommend this home enough!P.s. don’t forget to feed the hummingbirds. They are adorable!
