Step into your own cinema — red walls, low light, and film art create a true theater experience. Watch movies or Nintendo on the projector, grab soda, candy, chips or popcorn from the vintage snack shop, or play shuffleboard, foosball and sticky golf by the fireplace.

Three restful rooms with murals by a local artist.

– Master: King bed, reading nook, workspace, ensuite dual-shower bath with mountain views.

Just one hour from Denver, Zenya Haus is surrounded by pine forest and a quiet and peaceful mountain neighborhood. The property has huge rock formations, and open mountain valley views. Nearby trails, lakes, and small mountain towns offer hiking, dining, local shops and adventure tours. Wildlife is abundant — deer, foxes, and the occasional moose.

✔ No smoking or open flames (Can use gas fire table, grill & indoor fireplace only.)

✔ AWD/4WD needed November–April

✔ Secure food & your vehicle, no trash outside — wildlife nearby

✔ Elevation: ~8,700 ft — stay hydrated, get oxygen cans take time to acclimate



We recommend renting your own car to enjoy Zenya Haus and the surrounding area.

In winter, an all-wheel-drive or 4x4 vehicle with good snow tires is strongly recommended.

Uber and Lyft may work for your ride from Denver or the airport, but rides within and from mountain towns like Bailey or Conifer are very limited and unreliable.
