About this house rental
Take a deep breath of refreshing mountain air and listen to the pines whisper at our luxurious retreat, perched at 8,000 feet. This stylish, fully remodeled home offers everything you need for an unforgettable mountain vacation, blending modern rustic design with high-end finishes. Enjoy miles of gorgeous, secluded mountain views from two spacious decks and nearly every window in the house. Checkout our newly constructed Treehouse and Little bridge over our valley's bubbling brook.
After a day of hiking the trails right outside the back door, you can unwind in the brand-new 6-person hot tub overlooking a pine-treed valley of Pikes National Forest. As evening falls, gather around the cozy propane fire pit, or stretch out in the hammock for some incredible stargazing. Inside, you'll find two distinct living areas perfect for relaxing, including one with a 75" TV for movie nights and a cozy electric indoor fireplace.
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests and is packed with amenities for fun, work, and relaxation:
★Entertainment: Arcade Game Room, ping pong table, indoor board games, and puzzles.
★Comfort: 4 comfortable bedrooms with premium mattresses and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen.
★Work & Family: A dedicated workspace with fast Starlink Wi-Fi is available for remote needs. For families, we provide a Pack ’n Play, children’s books and toys, and a fully enclosed backyard.
★Wellness: Stay active with our on-site direct access to hiking trails
★Winter Fun: We provide 8 sets of snowshoes (4 adult, 4 kids) and 2 sleds for your enjoyment.
You will have private access to the entire home, the attached garage, and the surrounding 1.5 acres of property. Step right out the back door to explore the neighboring mountains and hiking trails.
Enjoy our two outdoor decks, complete with outdoor dining furniture and luxurious seating. The attached garage is available for your use and includes a Tesla/Electric Vehicle (EV) Level 2 charger. You'll also find a cornhole game and snowshoes stored in the garage for your use.

Our home is your secluded escape, offering stunning views of Pikes National Forest and frequent visits from local wildlife, including deer, elk, moose, and foxes. While you'll feel a world away, you are conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the charming town of Bailey and near multiple wedding venues.
Outdoor adventures are at your doorstep, with fantastic options for hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, and fishing nearby. Don't miss the Treehouse Adventure Park, just 10 minutes away!
Getting Around
While a car is necessary, our central location makes it easy to explore some of Colorado's best attractions:
★Local Trails: Trails start right from our back door, with Staunton State Park, Deer Creek Trailhead, and Rolling Creek Trailhead also nearby.
★Red Rocks Amphitheatre: 30 minutes
★Denver: 60 minutes
★Breckenridge Ski Resort: 80 minutes
★Denver International Airport (DIA): 80 minutes
To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules:
★Pets: We are pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs. Pets MUST be declared on the booking, and a pet fee applies to cover extra cleaning. A $100 fine will be assessed for any undeclared pets on the property.
★No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. This includes tobacco, 420, and vaping anywhere on the premises.
★Events: We offer packages for micro-weddings and rehearsal dinners. Please inquire for more details.

★Winter Access: For stays between November and April, AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly recommended to ensure safe and easy access during winter weather.
★Climate Control: The property is equipped with heating. As is common for mountain homes, there is no air conditioning.
★Security: For liability and insurance purposes, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras. Please do not adjust, cover, or move the cameras. Doing so could damage the units, and result in fines.

This place was an incredible, little gem in the mountains, near Bailey Colorado. The house was immaculate; stocked with all necessities, had an incredible basement, awesome back porch with a hot tub (kiddos loved it) and was super pet friendly. Not to mention the amazing hiking and outdoors right off your back step. Our host was super responsive and very helpful when we had a few questions. Overall this made our thanksgiving vacation a super success and would definitely stay here again. Thanks again for everything!

The house was perfect. The views were exceptional. Instructions for the use of equipment were easy to follow. My dad, who was a realtor in Colorado for over 40 years, was very impressed. It was a lovely home away from home.

What a dream!!! My family and I stayed here and honestly did not want to leave. The home is beautiful, spacious, peaceful and full of many extra little touches like snacks, robes, bath salts, ninja blender etc. Brittany and Matthew were great at answering questions and super friendly. We are already planning on booking another mini staycation here. Thank you guys, so much, for a truly special family event.
