Our guests have access to the entire 1.5 acres, and also the mountains neighboring our property are free to explore with hiking trails right out the back door!
There is both a upper and lower deck with outdoor dining, and luxurios seating with propane firepit for you to enjoy!
The attached garage is available for access which includes Tesla/Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger - Level 2 - up to 48A with 24' Cable. Also we have 4 Adult, and 4 kids snowshoes for use plus feel free to bring out the Cornhole bag game that can be found in the garage. Property is equipped with heat. Property does not have AC.
AWD or 4WD vehicles are highly suggested for winter weather access November thru April. This is a NO SMOKING property, which includes Cannabis and vaping.
