The lower level features a spacious garage/patio designed for fun and relaxation. Enjoy the new hot tub, ping pong table, foosball table, large TV, and a comfortable seating area. You’ll also find all the beach gear you need — chairs, a beach tent, boogie boards, a cooler, toys, and a beach wagon. The fenced in backyard offers privacy and a convenient spot to rinse off sand or clean up.
Need to work while on vacation? A private office with a pocket door provides a quiet, focused workspace. A docking station is provided so you can easily connect to dual monitors, a mouse, and a keyboard; the perfect setup when you need to get a little work done during your stay.
You’ll love the convenience of being just 0.3 miles from Driessen Beach Park — an easy 7–8 minute walk or bike ride with no intersections to cross. The park offers beach showers, restrooms, a playground, grills, picnic tables, a shaded pavilion, bike racks, and parking. The ramped boardwalk makes beach access simple, especially with cruisers, wagons, or little ones. Bike rentals can be delivered right to the house. You will not be tucked deep inside a community; this location is nearby William Hilton Parkway for convenience and makes it quick and easy to reach everything on and off the island.

Just a short walk, ride, or drive away is Chaplin Community Park, featuring another playground, dog park, free tennis courts, basketball courts, and soccer fields; an ideal location for families and active guests.

Pet Policy:
• Dogs only allowed if meeting all requirements with a non-refundable pet fee
• One well-behaved adult dog under 35 lbs permitted
• Dog must be 1+ years old and crated when left unattended (35" crate provided)
• Do not confine pets to individual rooms
• Guests must promptly clean up after pets and dispose of waste
• Dogs are allowed on the beach only during designated seasonal hours
• Please clean and dry your dog after beach time before returning indoors

International guests are welcome, and the Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) is conveniently nearby.
