Welcome to the Bradley Beach House — a bright, newly renovated 3 bed, 2 bath retreat that sleeps 9 and sits just a short walk from the beach, parks, and island bike paths. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with top tier appliances, a new deck with seating for eight and a new propane grill, plus a new hot tub, putting green, ping pong table, and foosball table. The open layout flows into the dining and family room with a large TV and electric fireplace, and a dedicated office offers a quiet place to work if needed. With great outdoor amenities and a convenient location close to everything on the island, it’s perfect for families, beach trips, or golf getaways. This home is newly offered as a short‑term rental and has been thoughtfully prepared with high‑end amenities, fresh furnishings, and exceptional attention to detail.

The lower level features a spacious garage/patio designed for fun and relaxation. Enjoy the new hot tub, ping pong table, foosball table, large TV, and a comfortable seating area. You’ll also find all the beach gear you need — chairs, a beach tent, boogie boards, a cooler, toys, and a beach wagon. The fenced in backyard offers privacy and a convenient spot to rinse off sand or clean up.
Need to work while on vacation? A private office with a pocket door provides a quiet, focused workspace. A docking station is provided so you can easily connect to dual monitors, a mouse, and a keyboard; the perfect setup when you need to get a little work done during your stay.
You’ll love the convenience of being just 0.3 miles from Driessen Beach Park — an easy 7–8 minute walk or bike ride with no intersections to cross. The park offers beach showers, restrooms, a playground, grills, picnic tables, a shaded pavilion, bike racks, and parking. The ramped boardwalk makes beach access simple, especially with cruisers, wagons, or little ones. Bike rentals can be delivered right to the house. You will not be tucked deep inside a community; this location is nearby William Hilton Parkway for convenience and makes it quick and easy to reach everything on and off the island.
Just a short walk, ride, or drive away is Chaplin Community Park, featuring another playground, dog park, free tennis courts, basketball courts, and soccer fields; an ideal location for families and active guests.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Bradley Beach House! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, with a beautiful coastal decor, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The location was perfect—easy access to shopping, food stores, great restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach with restrooms, showers, playground, and lifeguards. If you prefer to drive there is ample parking with a boardwalk to the soft sand. Stunning viewing locations to watch the sunsets. We especially loved spending time under the deck after the beach in the jacuzzi and quality time playing with all the amenities in this home. The kitchen was fully stocked, (with a lot of extras that hosts usually don’t provide), the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home. If you forget something, no need to worry because the host provides a draw for that!The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. It was clear they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an exceptional experience.This was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and memorable Hilton Head getaway. Five stars all the way!
