In the pleasant living room you will find a sofa bed and a TV. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal. The pleasant bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Of course, there was also a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine and a comfortable shower.
The cozy balcony will be the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.

A pleasant, landscaped terrace is available on the property. One of the great advantages of the building, in addition to its location and attractive design, is the shared area, which includes a free gym, a children’s playroom, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky viewing wheel located right next to it, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service outlets. A pleasant, green terrace was created on the premises. The great advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a free gym and sauna for PLN 10/h.
