Nadmotławie Estate 273 is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building. It is located right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes away on foot from the Old Town. Although the surroundings of the apartment are just beginning the period of its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina or tenement houses of the Old Town.
