Our house "La Balusière" and its outbuilding are located on a nice quiet plot of more than 800m², in the village of L'Epine, between the center and the beach.
The main house includes an entrance, a kitchen open to a living / dining room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with very large walk-in shower, separate toilet.
The outbuilding also includes an entrance, a kitchen / dining room, a living room with sofa bed (and sliding doors), a bedroom, a shower room, a small independent pantry with courtyard.
The main house has a small wooden terrace in front of the house. The large garden is located at the back of the main house, out of sight and from the street. Garden furniture for 10 people and barbecues are available. A courtyard allows you to store your bikes and beach equipment.
It is possible to park 4 vehicles on the property.
