About this house rental
The house, facing south, is modern, large and functional. It is very bright and cheerful. It includes a large volume of living room largely glazed on the terrace and the garden; living room completely renovated. The kitchen, partly open to the living room, is pleasant and very well equipped. The back kitchen is an extension of the kitchen. The 2 bedrooms on the ground floor overlook a patio. The bathrooms and separate WC are also on the ground floor. The first floor includes 4 independent bedrooms. The complex is surrounded by an enclosed garden with sand and the vegetation of the island. The house is located in a dead end near the sea, dunes and woods. The house is near the village where there are all the small local shops. You can easily get around on foot, by bike or by car.

This is a marvelous large house perfect for a family retreat. Lots of common space with 6 bed rooms and a large garden with a path to the beach through the forested dunes.
Noirmoutier is a great island for beaches, local markets, nice towns. It is not over developed and very low key with great sea food and lots a bike paths.
A great place for a family beach vacation.
