The space
Only minutes from local restaurants & all the adorable neighboring beach towns of iconic Scenic Route 30A. This pool home, built in 2021, offers easy access to the nearest gorgeous beaches located at the desirable West End of Panama City Beach and features modern coastal decor and furnishings. Kitchen and bathroom essentials and extras are included in this perfect blend of coastal charm and modern luxury, making it a retreat for relaxation and entertainment. As you enter into this beautifully designed coastal beach home, you will be greeted with an open floor plan that maximizes space and natural light. The kitchen is the heart of the home and provides the perfect gathering spot with a spacious 9 foot kitchen island adjacent to the dining space. A culinary delight accented with beautiful subway tile, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, it offers plenty of space for cooking and entertaining, while soft-close shaker cabinets provide ample storage. This vacation home gives all the laid-back beach vibes and provides everything you need for a beachside getaway. Get ready to make many beachside memories! Generously sized, calm, and inviting bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for all guests. The spacious master bedroom has tray ceilings, views of the pool from the bedroom window, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity sinks, granite countertops and stylish floor-to-ceiling shower tile - making for a five star experience. The second bedroom hosts a queen bed and the third bedroom features full-over-full sized bunk beds. A Nest thermostat will keep you comfortable inside, and the sparkling 350sqft in-ground saltwater pool surrounded by pavers and pool chaises will keep you cool outside. A 4 seater golf cart is included in the house rental (must be 21 to drive with a valid drivers license - with license & waiver submitted prior to check in, or cart won’t be available for use), as are 4 cruiser bikes, pool and beach toys, beach shade tent, basketball hoop and ball, a new gas grill with propane, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Guest access
The entire home is yours to relax and unwind in, including the salt water pool and back yard and use of 4 seater golf cart. The pool cleaner service technician comes on Thursdays and is there for approx 20 mins. Occasionally the lawn service tech comes to do a quick mow / spray, but this is sporadic and is also a very quick service, that typically does not inconvenience guests.

Other things to note
Primary booker / guest must be 25+, OR request by 21+ with at least 3–5 positive reviews and verified ID will be considered.

Golf cart liability waiver signed before use of cart. This form is emailed to guests and needs to be signed and returned, along with photos of licenses, prior to check in. Unless you don't want to use the golf cart, and then it would need to stay in the garage for your entire stay.

Damage & House Rules Policy

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay (including furniture, tv's, pool equipment, missing beach chairs, beach tent/shade, basketball, football, skim boards, beach wagon, golf cart etc).

By booking, you agree to the following:

Report any damage immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

Unauthorized guests, parties, or events are not permitted and may result in additional fees.

Smoking is not allowed on the property. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Lost golf cart keys/garage remote will incur a replacement fee of $280, as the cart is special keyed for this specific cart only.

The golf cart will be inspected after renting and any damages made will incur appropriate replacement cost.

Excessive cleaning required beyond standard turnover will result in an additional fee of minimum $150-$300 depending on extent.

Move grill from under roof to use it. If used, grill must be cleaned. Unclean grill will incur a $100 cleaning fee.

Please use black make up washcloths and make up remover wipes provided. Towels and linens with make up, self tanner, and stains that don’t come out, will be charged a replacement fee.

Any damages or extra cleaning costs will be requested through Airbnb’s Resolution Center in accordance with Airbnb’s policies.
