Our family of Nine really enjoyed this property. It is so close to the beach, but far enough from the crowds near Pier Park. It was an easy drive to everything. The pool was great and there were extra toys left for the kids to play. Definitely bring extra paper products and any spices you might use. The suite over the garage was perfect and has everything you may need. The chair service was perfect for watching the sunset each evening. We would stay on this property in the future.

The only issue I had was the beds were a little to firm but some like firmer beds. Had a blast in the pool just a tad small for big groups. But with that said it was nice to have a pool. Walk was a breeze to the beach. Grill area unfortunately had ants everywhere so hard to grill without getting eaten up by them but of course you are outside. Outside seating needs new cushions. Overall great location and not noisy but we were there after school was back in session.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The pool was a huge hit with our group, and with 10 people, we had plenty of space to relax comfortably. The beach was gorgeous, and just a short, easy walk away, the quiet neighborhood made crossing the road to get there a breeze. Between the amazing location, the wonderful amenities, and the overall comfort, this was truly the best place we’ve ever stayed. We can’t wait to come back!

Great house, clean and great access to the beach. The only downside was no spices in the kitchen. Could have used salt and pepper for cooking. We also only had one trash bag for 10 people for 4 days.
