Once you've arrived, we recommend dropping your suitcases and heading straight to the balcony, where you can settle in on one of the comfy armchairs and breathe in the fresh ocean air. This newly decorated and modern luxury beach home is in BLOCK 1 on Derondo, just TWO houses from the sand!
Surrounded by palm trees, this beautiful coastal style, 3-story beach home is the perfect personal oasis for your family's vacation. The front of the home has a wide front path lined with potted tropical plants and garden lights that guide you to the front entrance framed by large picture windows that light up the home with soft natural light. Decorated with a modern tropical color palette; the soft muted turquoise, cream, and beiges will make you feel like you've stepped into the pages of a luxury travel magazine.
The home's second story boasts an expansive balcony with comfortable armchairs inviting you to settle in and spend lazy afternoons under the overhead fans.
The kitchen is a showstopper with its light kitchen cabinets and sparkling counters. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, a french door refrigerator with a water dispenser and ice maker, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a dishwasher.
Situated in the large living room is a round, pedestal dining table with seating for up to six and additional seating for three at the rustic wooden bar that runs along the back of the large living room sofa.
The main living room is an elegant yet cozy room with a large comfortable sectional. We won't blame you if it becomes your favorite spot for a midday nap under the breeze of the palm-leaf ceiling fan. There's also plenty of room for you and your family to cozy up around the large flat-screen Smart TV and enjoy your favorite show or play games. An additional living space on the third floor offers gorgeous ocean views.

Great location. Property was really solid. Very accessible and check-in/out was smooth. Great area and nice place. Other notes:- downstairs tv was difficult to use - shower struggled to drain -smoke alarm went off in kitchen anytime oven opened - sheets on couch bed were stained

House is very spacious! The upstairs loft area isn't counted in the bedroom count, and it has a full size bed and couch in it. Beach public access is directly across the street. Far enough west of PCB to avoid the crowded beaches but close enough to drive to attractions.

This is a great house. After some slow communication to start with it went very well. Clarification on bedrooms vs ad was the main point. Feet were black right off but, everything else was clean. We loved this place and would readily stay here again. So close to the beach with a board walk with a series of 4-5 steps. No wagon needed. Loved the big porch, a table would have been a nice addition. TVs in every room. King size beds were amazingly comfortable.
