The location of "A House Divided" was perfect!. It is so close to the beach, and the six-person golf cart included in our stay made it an easy transition from the house to the Beach. The pool and spa was perfectly heated. Staying in February can be iffy with weather conditions, but we enjoyed the pool each and every day.The house was immaculate--very well maintained and cleaned. It has all the modern conveniences and everything you need to execute delicious meals. The host is very friendly and the property management team is extremely responsive. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning!

We loved the house and the pool and the spa and the neighborhood and the neighbors and the golf cart and the beach equipment and the location. Maybe the best location that we have ever rented a house at.
I was a little confused about some directions (entry, spa remote, etc.) but it was probably my fault. I should have read the instructions better.
If you rent the house, you will love it. But, you may want to bring basic necessities like salt & pepper, coffee, extra trash bags, etc. Other houses that we have rented would keep whatever spices, condiments, etc that one renter would leave for the next renter. It helped when flying to the location with limited space in our luggage.
The hosts were awesome when it came to answering questions.
I definitely hope the house is available when we are able to go back to Panama City Beach.

We had such a lovely vacation at this property. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed for the week. The pool was perfect for our 7 and 9 year olds. It has a 5 foot-ish area that’s around one foot deep so would be great for a family with toddlers. The golf cart was such a bonus on those hot days where we needed to get everyone and everything down to the beach. And the owners were easy to communicate with. We had the best vacation thank you so much!
