La Valencia is a private, gated community: Perfect for a peaceful getaway just steps from the white-sand beaches! We offer king-sized beds, beach chairs, pool amenities, and beach towels to make your vacation easy and fun!

The full kitchen has everything you’ll need for making delicious home-cooked meals, including modern appliances and plenty of counter space. There are several grocery stores located in the nearby vicinity, and plenty of great restaurants to try if you don’t feel like cooking.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire home, the beachfront swimming pool, the outdoor spaces including the community tennis court, and front parking spots.

La Valencia is a private, gated community with a private, deeded beach: Perfect for a quiet, peaceful getaway!
We are nearby many fun family-friendly attractions:
- 3 min walk to the oceanfront pool, pool deck, and outdoor showers
- 5 min walk to the private beach access in a secluded area of PCB
- 10 min drive to Pier Park
- 20 min drive to Cobra Adventure Park
Getting Around:
There are two parking spaces for vehicles in the driveway. In addition, there is overflow parking nearby at the owner's only clubhouse, which is just a short walk away. Note that guests are not allowed golf carts or RV/trailer parking in this community.
Other Things to Note:
We are currently transitioning the house away from allowing pets in 2026. No new bookings with pets will be accepted starting in January. Please no pets allowed!
Please note that golf carts are not allowed in the La Valencia neighborhood. There is exterior video surveillance at this property for your safety and security.
We do not condone any illegal internet usage, drugs, or violence and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately if performing any illegal activities on or around the property.

We love staying in La Valencia. We have stayed in two other houses besides this one and have always had great experiences. It’s in a quiet area. The house was decorated beautifully and was clean. We had everything we needed plus a contact in case we needed anything.

We enjoyed our stay, just not long enough! For 10 adults its a tight fit on beds but we managed to make it work, as one is a bunk bed and top is only rated for 80 lbs, so was not able to be used. Would sleep 6 adults and 4 kids comfortably. The walk to the beach is 4 minutes as stated which is not long at all, and the pool does have a great beach view. We spent a couple days on the beach and appreciated having beach chairs and an umbrella (wagon provided) and enjoyed walking on the beach looking for shells and just watching the waves roll in. Any issues we had were addressed by Noelle and taken care of. Back deck doesn't have a view but had plenty of seating and is shaded, the upstairs front deck is nice and a great place for coffee or a good book (a little table to set your coffee, drink and book on would be a nice addition). Dining table seated us all and was a good place for our meals and nightly games of Farkle! Would stay here again. Good stay, good location and a good vacation.

We had a great time. The house is awesome exactly what we needed for a week at the beach. The owner answered all my questions in a very timely manner. We will definitely stay there again.

We have visited PCB for about 20 years. This has been one of the best places to stay for us. It's convenient to our favorite places and easy beach access.
