About this house rental
New custom-built and designed Lake Anna Waterfront Home. Sleeps 16. Features 6 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms. Built-in Fire pit, Hottub, Theater Room and Game Room. Lakefront views no current access. Dock coming soon (Fall 2026)!

Waterfront & Dock Information:
We’re excited to share that a private boat dock is planned for the property and is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2026 (we’ll update the listing if construction happens sooner).
In the meantime, guests can still enjoy a walk down to the lake front, although there is no direct access currently. Please note that the shoreline has shallow water conditions and is not ideal for docking or storing boats overnight at the home. It can get muddy if you plan on walking down - so bring your water shoes!

Several local rental companies can accommodate pickup and drop-off locations during your stay. Make sure to book in advanced as they fill up quickly during peak season!
