Located in the countryside while being close to the city center on foot (1km) with shops, ideally located at the gates of the Vendée, 20 minutes from the Puy du fou, 1h15 from the Vendée beaches, 45 minutes from the Marais Poitevin, 1h30 from Futuroscope, 1 hour from Nantes and 15 minutes from Pescalis. You will be charmed by this place and the tranquility with a wooded park and games for children.
Comprising 3 beautiful bedrooms of 25m2 each with its private shower room and toilet and 2 small bedrooms each with 2 single beds. A beautiful open living room of 50m2 on living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A washing machine and a dryer. A large terrace with garden furniture.
A beautiful aquatic area (heated and covered swimming pool of 40m2. (not accessible December, January and February) open from 10 am to 7 pm. SPACE SHARED WITH THE OTHER COTTAGES .
The courtyard is under video surveillance as well as the entrance to the swimming pool. Children must be accompanied by parents to access the pool.
Our cottages are non-smoking, we do not accept animals or parties. We ask our guests to respect the place and the neighborhood. This means that after 10:30 p.m. we ask to respect the calm
