House with 4 bedrooms, 2 with shower, washbasin (beds: 4 beds of 90 and + and 3 140 beds), 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, living room with pool table, TV, kitchen, washing machine, terrace with barbecue, garden with children's games, leisure space in the ground bar, table tennis, table football.
The cottage has a private relaxation room in "option" (Jacuzzi / SPA able to accommodate 5 people and sauna).
2 nights 450 Euros / 3 nights 500 Euros / 4 nights 600 Euros excluding public holidays and July / August pricing in force.
Enclosed park overlooking the countryside, 5 minutes from the castle of Saint-Mesmin, 10 minutes from the Manoir de Ferchaud Réaumur, 20 minutes from the oriental park Maulévrier, 1 hour from the Marais Poitevin and the nearest beach, at 1:30 Futuroscope, La Rochelle de Nantes, Terra Botanica, the islands (Yeu, Noirmoutier and Ré).

Située dans une région riche en découvertes de toutes sortes et pour tout public. Cette maison bien équipée et agréable à vivre nous a permis de passer des vacances en famille où petits et grands ne se sont pas ennuyés. Accueil agréable par le propriétaire, plein de bons conseils.

Maison spacieuse et confortable offrant un espace jeux appréciable. Accueil optimal des hôtes, panels avec fascicules de visites aux alentours, dont le puy du fou. A conseiller aux touristes.

Booked to visit Puy De Fou and the property was situated just 20 mins away so great location. Property was OK. However we were disappointed to be asked to pay additional fee for the sauna and jacuzzi (which we declined as we thought the price for using was too expensive) - judging by the title and photos we had expected the use of these facilities to be included in the original price paid. We were also asked to pay additional fees for bed linen and towels which we have never had to pay when renting other properties. If the price included these additions already my review would have been better.
