House located in the center of CHAMBRETAUD (CHANVERRIE) and its shops, (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, tobacco bar 50m), 5km from Puy du Fou, 10 minutes hiking trails on the banks of the Sèvre, 1 hour from Les Sables d'Olonne.

- 1 fully equipped kitchen, (fridge with freezer part, oven, microwave, hob, hood, dishwasher) opening onto a living room and the outside
- 1 closed living room with TV and 1 sofa bed (160x200)
- 1 powder room
- 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with its shower area, double bed (160x200),
- 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (160x200)
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and 2 beds (90x200)
- 1 powder room
- 1 separate toilet.
The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. It overlooks the fully enclosed grounds. You will also find a table tennis table, darts, table football...
A garage to secure your vehicles (e.g. car, trailer, motorcycles or bicycles). Public parking in front of the house.
WIFI access
Town centre house, respect for the neighbourhood. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
