It’s hard not to fall in love with this Provençal house located in Roaix, offering breathtaking views of the Dentelles de Montmirail, nestled in the heart of a 5-hectare organic vineyard.
This is your chance to discover a privileged and authentic corner far from mass tourism, just 5 minutes from Vaison-la-Romaine and 15 minutes from Malaucène, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. It’s also 15 minutes from the Provençal Drôme and typical villages like Séguret, Villedieu, Sablet, Gigondas, Cairanne, Crestet, and Entrechaux.
This 18th-century Provençal bastide has been fully eco-renovated, spanning 350 m² over three levels. It comfortably accommodates 12 people with 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, a dormitory, and 4 bathrooms. An adjacent cottage for 4 people is also available upon request.
