Mas Pausadou, our 19th-century family home, accommodates up to 13 guests across 7 bedrooms, including two air-conditioned master suites. Enjoy spacious living areas, a 50 m² games room, a pétanque court and a beautiful terrace, perfect for outdoor meals and sunset drinks overlooking the Provençal landscape.

In the heart of Provence, surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, lavender and cypress trees, Mas Pausadou welcomes you for a stay devoted to the gentle art of living.
“Pausadou” means place of rest in Provençal — a name that perfectly captures the spirit of this former 19th-century wine estate, recently renovated and set within 3 hectares of nature in an unspoilt environment.
With 350 m² of living space, 7 bedrooms, a large 7 × 11 m swimming pool offering nearly 80 m² of water, surrounded by lawn and sun loungers, and numerous outdoor areas, the farmhouse comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests.
The house faces due south and enjoys remarkable views of the Dentelles de Montmirail. As the day progresses, the changing light transforms the landscape, and every evening the spectacle begins again as the sun sets behind the Dentelles, with the Provençal vineyards providing the backdrop.
Mas Pausadou is designed both as a base for discovering Provence and as a place to enjoy simply staying at home: gathering around a meal, swimming, playing pétanque, exploring nearby villages or simply slowing down in the extensive grounds, spacious living areas or games room.

The farmhouse faces due south, and its outdoor spaces have been designed to make the most of the Provençal climate.

• Smoking is permitted only outdoors, on the terrace. During the summer, smoking is prohibited in the garden due to the risk of fire.
• To keep the farmhouse cool during hot summer days, we recommend following traditional Provençal habits: keep the shutters closed during the day and open them in the evening to let the cool air in.

we stayed with our large, multi-generational family for a week. we drove out to see local and lovely sights, ate lunch at beautiful bistros, returned to nap inside the cool, dark rooms or enjoy the pool (it was super hot while we visited) all afternoon. evening meals were mostly homemade and served beneath the shady grape trellis on the patio. the kitchen was stocked with everything, there were plentiful clean linens and towels, fans in almost every room, easy parking, and gorgeous gardens on all sides. lots of baby furniture/toys/linens, etc., too. we would absolutely recommend this property without hesitation and hope to visit again.

Everything about this house was beautiful. Very well done interiors, extremely comfortable and chic bedrooms and bathrooms, amazingly equipped kitchen (we cooked at home almost everyday), fantastic views, and one of the best locations in provence...in the real heart of everyday provence. The house looked better than the photos (if possible) and was impeccably clean. They have a wonderful cleaning lady called Solange, whom we used everyday for a few hours to clean and settle the house and that was a great service to have access to on holiday.
The linens, dishes and everything in the house was of a very high quality. There was a pool table, and comfortable sofas, and umbrellas for hot days by the pool.
The sunsets from the house were a treat unto themselves.
Olivier was extremely responsive, and would get back within the hour with anything minor that we needed ti resolve or have a question about. We had a heatwave while we were there and he immediately organized some fans to help in the rooms etc.
I would not just recommend this property, but would happily return to it myself next summer.
It was a beautiful 10 days we all spent at this lovely home. Thank you
