You are located between the Luberon and Ventoux, a perfect middle ground to enjoy the essentials of Provence.
The house is located in a quiet corner outside the city, surrounded by vineyards.
The house is fully fenced, the entrance is through the (electric) gate.
You have two sets of keys, with a remote control for the gate.
In the garden you can enjoy a shaded dining area, with pizza oven and barbecue, overlooking the swimming pool (secured by a roller shutter). In the evening you can take advantage of the garden furniture to relax or have an aperitif.
Inside, the assets of the house are: Its cinema room with 6 armchairs/ room reserved for fitness equipment/ a billiard table in the living room.
For the distribution of rooms:
Outside there is an independent bedroom with a shower room and a toilet.
On the first floor, a bedroom with its shower room and dressing room is next to the room reserved for fitness equipment.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, one of which sleeps 6: 2 bunk beds for 3 people.
And two more bedrooms with double beds.
A bathroom is available with shower & bathtub.
The kitchen is open to the dining area for 14 and offers a view of the swimming pool with its bay windows.
