This region was once an important region of the Roman Empire. In the Middle Ages, the presence of the Avignon popes made this region the heart of Christianity. Entering the house from the garden, the entrance offers on the left a spacious bright and airy living room, open to the terrace, garden and pool. A large fireplace is the focal point, with comfortable armchairs and sofas around, a dining table for 12 and a well-equipped library.

In the extension of the living room, an entrance from the back of the house gives access to a laundry room on the first floor and, upstairs, an independent air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and its bathroom.

The entrance also leads to a relaxation room on the right with sofas, wood stove, hi-fi, TV and internet access which covers the whole house with Wi-Fi.
This space opens onto the modern and typical Provençal-style main kitchen with everything you need for a family holiday. It offers an opening onto the covered terrace and its fixed barbecue.

A corridor also connects the kitchen to the living room through a small independent kitchen with a pantry, a bathroom and toilet.

On the first floor, two air-conditioned bedrooms invite you to relax.
A family double room with a double bed + one with two single beds.
Finally a third with a double bed, each with direct access to their private bathrooms.

On the top floor are two bedrooms, a family room with a double bed + one with a single bed and one with a bubble bed each with direct access to their private bathrooms. The windows overlook the surrounding countryside and Mont Ventoux or the garden.

Outside, a private heated swimming pool, from which you can also admire the view of Mont Ventoux.

A pool house, an outdoor shower, a lighted petanque court, an annex of the house with a storage room and a toilet, a spring water fountain.

The garden furniture available (deckchairs, hammock, tables, chairs and sofas) is to be arranged according to your wishes in the different areas of the property (terraces, solarium, swimming pool, garden, etc.).

Two private and secure parking areas are intended to accommodate five vehicles.

* A deposit of 1500 € is set up by Vrbo at the request of the guests.

We prefer to insist on the residential character of the neighborhood and the need to respect the calm of the place, hence the choice not to accept parties or parties.

As indicated, it is requested to finalize the rental:
- validate a personalized rental contract
- provide a certificate of insurance of the "holiday" or "holiday" type in the name of the signatory.
- send an identity document for all adults present during the stay. The signatory of the rental contract must be at least 30 years old.
This information must be communicated, as well as the validation of the contract by electronic signature, within 4 working days.

* Cleaning and linen (€600) are to be paid extra upon entry into the premises.
Intermediate cleaning is possible and paid in addition, to be requested on arrival.
* Pool opening period: from 01/05 to 30/09, possibility of opening in May on request only at least 15 days before arrival.
Outside this period, an additional 300€ is requested for the heating of the pool
