The private pool, currently under construction and available from July 2nd, creates a perfect atmosphere for warm summer days. Multiple terraces and sun loungers allow you to enjoy the sun or shade in the garden, while an outdoor shower is handy after swimming. The barbecue area is perfect for grill parties.

The villa's interior is divided into two separate apartments, each with its own kitchen and living room, providing ample space for families or groups. The bright living spaces are comfortably furnished with sofas and perfect for social gatherings. The open kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs, making it easy to prepare delicious meals.

The villa is located in Sablet, just 30 minutes by car from Avignon and 45 minutes from Orange, offering easy access by train. The nearest airport is Avignon, about 45 minutes away by car, making it straightforward to get to and from the destination.
Additional information :
- The villa is composed of two apartments (you will enjoy the entire property): 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms; private pool under construction, available from 2 July (season normally April–November).
- End cleaning is the tenant's responsibility or can be arranged on site for 200 euros.
- Bed linen 19 euros per person and towels 11 euros per person (available to rent); 3 tea towels can be provided for 8 euros.
- Tourist tax 5.5% per person per night payable on arrival. Parking included; private entrance; fenced garden.
- No smoking indoors; pets allowed on request; parties are not permitted.
