About this villa rental

The house is located on the top of a small hill within walking distance of the village of Sablet. The location is very peaceful and is in the heart of the rocky range of the Dentelles de Montmirail, very close to the famous vineyards of Gigondas. The view from the house is spectacular, overlooking the Dentelles and the beautiful villages of Sablet and Seguret. The house offers exceptional comfort with a very large living/dining room with panoramic view, four large bedrooms all en-suite and air-conditioning. There is a swimming-pool (dimensions are 5 x 10 meters) located in the centre of the garden bordered by olive-and pine trees. 4 stars class holiday home (CléVacances references)

Lovely, spacious villa, beautifully appointed with everything you need. A great welcome from Pascale and good explanations of how everything worked. We had a great holiday, enjoying the fabulous walks in the surrounding area, particularly up in the Dentelles. Sablet has all the amenities you need, including two great boulangeries, a butcher and a general store. The local cafe des sports was a lovely place to have a coffee or a beer, and also did a very good lunch menu on weekdays. Would highly recommend the local restaurant, La table de Magali, excellent food and lovely staff. Thanks for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Sablet. The house was very well equipped and in an ideal, and peaceful location, close enough to the village to walk for bread and other necessities. There is plenty of room both inside and outside and the pool was very welcome. Great location for exploring Provence

First the good. House was well equipped in the full kitchen and bedrooms had all needed for a stay. There are showers/bathtubs in all bedrooms but only the downstairs master bedroom has a toilet. Two other toilet rooms one down and one up. The bad. As noted in earlier review the ice maker on refrigerator doesn't work. Still made ice but had to dump it into tray wouldn't come out door. When we arrived the air conditioning system wasn't on and after turned on the next day it needed a part which took another day to install. This should have been checked before we arrived in 30+C heat. System was inadequate to cool house especially upstairs bedrooms. House needs fans to circulate air. Lastly there was very limited or none of toilet paper, hand soap, or dish soap when we arrived.

Een groot huis en heel keurig verzorgd Op site staat dat er airco is maar dit is niet waar. Er is vloer koeling en bij warm weer stijgt temperatuur in het huis gewoon naar 30 gr en dat is niet wat je verwacht met airco. Verder prima vakantie gehad en een heerlijk huis. AAnrader

Net huis en voorzien van alle gemakken. Bedden zijn niet van hotel kwaliteit maar is te doen. Wel een beetje kort . Verder ontbreekt het aan niets . Heerlijk huis en zwembad. Ook met slaapkamer op de beganegrond geschikt voor mindervaliden die geen trap kunnen lopen. Wel naar buiten een afstap van 15 cm!! Dus niet helemaal gelijkvloers met buiten terras

Maison très propre et très bien équipée . Extérieurs très agréable. Piscine bien sécurisée. Monsieur et madame Roudil sont très efficaces. C'est un peu difficile de devoir partir à 9h00 le samedi matin. Bon c'est à cause du ménage COVID plus long. Il y a tous les commerces indispensables à Sablet et je recommande le boucher et le miel du coin. Très belle fête du livre courant juillet.
