The primary suite features a king bed, a dedicated desk, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, dual vanity, and a soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed, enjoy scenic canyon and peek-a-boo ocean views and share a hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the level.
The middle level is the heart of the home and is fully open concept, designed for seamless entertaining. The living room features a cozy fireplace and flows directly into the pool table area, dining space, and kitchen—allowing everyone to stay connected whether cooking, dining, or playing a game. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
