Jordan responded to messages within an hour before and during our stay.We loved the unit. It was immaculate and comfortable.Our only trouble was with the downstairs master shower faucet - We could not regulate the temperature. Also, there was shampoo and conditioner but no bar soaps or body wash.We would definitely stay there again.Thank you
