Right on the beach, this home offers plenty of activities, without even leaving the house! You can relax on the well-furnished deck or on the sand. You can swim, surf, or relax in the ocean right in front of the house. Or if you feel like exploring, you can take a walk or go for a bike ride along the ocean path.

Enjoy a large family barbecue dinner on the deck and watch the sunset and the starlit skies. Bike to Dana Point Harbor, or even read a good book while watching birds dive in the water and dolphins play. All while basking in the sweeping views, soft sounds, and breezes of the magnificent Pacific Ocean.

This 5-bedroom 3 bath nicely furnished home has the great feeling of an open “beach-y” cottage with ocean views from every part of the house.

The spacious great room, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the beachfront deck, showcases a large living room area with ample comfortable seating, a fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable day and night.

A modern, well-equipped kitchen right next to the family room has all you need to satisfy your culinary desires - all you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and you are all set. A dining area looking at the ocean completes this “easy living” space downstairs.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed with an en suite bathroom, walk in shower and his and her sinks. Guest room 1 has large open panel windows overlooking the ocean with an en suite bathrooms and a queen bed. Guest Rooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds, while guest room 4 is equipped with a twin bunk bed set as well as a third twin bed. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for your ultimate comfort.

There is a washer and dryer for your use and there are non-covered designated parking spaces that can accommodate 4 standard cars to make it easy to get settled in. We know that you will create precious memories of your seaside vacation in this private, seaside retreat.

THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!

The large well-furnished ocean front deck is great for enjoying sweeping ocean views, sunsets, starlit skies, and lots of ocean wildlife - birds, whales, dolphins too - making it an exquisite seaside experience for everyone.

It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente as it is between these two seaside communities. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes to the train station.

Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld and The San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

Beach Road is a gated private road with 24 hour patrol security. Access to the road is strictly controlled by Guard Gate.

** please note we are strictly limited to four parking places directly in back of home. Four vehicles is the maximum allowed at the house at any one time.



Beach in front of house is considered a “wet / dry beach”meaning during low to medium low tide there is some Beach. During a high tide there is no beach , water is up to deck / seawall.

No smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this includes inside and outside the property).

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting .

*This property is NOT considered a Luxury property and is a comfortable beach front location priced accordingly. Beach Front properties face harsh conditions daily from the salt air and sand, please make sure you are comfortable with this prior to booking.

    The house was great - very homey and comfortable. Great lay out and can't be the view. My girlfriends and I like to cook on these weekends and the house was properly stocked with kitchen utensils etc. We had a little issue trying to get into the front door (user error) and the owner was over in 10 minutes to help. Super friendly. I think the house is a great value and would recommend!

    The view and sunsets were spectacular! The house was comfortable for 10 people, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The host was patient while we figured out how the parking for our cars and guest worked. We loved it!

    Incredibly appointed kitchen for all kinds of food prep. You do need provide all ur own seasonings, oils, vinegars etc. great to have a keurig. The broken ice machine was a drag so I’d get on that repair! But my goodness the view and proximity to water, the common spaces to hang out, lots of room for everyone easily. Patrick was a great communicator and responsive to our ice needs- a bag of ice showed up right away. Awesome visit for my son’s wedding. Our only true bugaboo was the unpleasant attitude of most of the gate guards. They made it more difficult than it needed to be.
