We are very happy with our stay in Family Villas. It was one of the best of our stays in Indonesia. First of all team from cleaning to manager. Everyone very helpful, speaks very good English, we got good recommendations what to do and experience in Gili Air. We had situation with our daughters lost handbag, they did everything to help us to find it. Apartment very spacious and perfectly fits for a family. Huge living room, games and toys for children, two spacious bedrooms. There is provided drinking water (hot/cold). Everything is new and works good. Very good air-con. Location very good, about 10 min walk from port, 3-5 min from eastern cost and 15 min to western.
Everything is perfect just few small suggestions. I would advise additionally to provide small hand/face towels and a few more hangers for clothing.
