Villa Lilalo, private family villa

La villa est belle et propre. Il y a ce qu’il faut!

From the beginning we felt very welcome by super friendly staff. The place was clean and well looked after. If you travel as a family, we would highly recommend it. There is also a pool next door which we were allowed to use. All up we were impressed and would stay here again.

If you expect a 5 star luxury resort you're in the wrong place. This place comes with all the little things that make indo-style island living so appealing. It's not perfect and had it's little quirks and that is exactly what makes it so loveable.

I think we were some of the first people to stay here so got a great price for a full villa. It was so nice having a lovely space to relax during the day away from the busier tourist areas (yet walkable to wherever we wanted to go). We fell in love with Herman the local caretaker who was super eager to ensure we had everything we needed and to keep the place clean/serviced. The beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Be aware theres a lot of local cats who stop by looking for food. This added to our stay as we loved seeing them fone by, but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Overall it was a great stay.

Unfortunately we had been double booked for 1 of the nights of our stay, so had to find alternate accommodation and pack/move on our final day on the island. Not a huge issue as it was a last minute booking for us anyway, but would have been nice to have the whole stay there as planned.
