Lovely place to stay for anyone visiting Gili Air the first time just like us. Already planning a trip back.

Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast on the beach. Staff are awesome they look after you are friendly and make sure your every needs are taken care of.

Amazing friendly service and assistance at all times. All done with a smile and everyone was very polite.

Slight lack of space in the rooms. The benches just a little too small to put suitcases or to sit. But these are minor issues.

Absolutely beautiful quiet beachfront property. Staff so friendly and helpful especially Sun.

Felt a bit catfished - I'm sure the pictures were taken just when they opened, but right now this hotel needs a bit more love. Wouldn't stay again, and think it was too expensive for what we got. What was ok: - Amenities, all included - Staff were helpful - Pool was ok, nice looking but full of chlorine and falling apart a bit (the outside wood floor was corroded, the stone inside the pool was pretty rough and corroded too) - Breakfast was filling (they give you a lot of food) but didn't taste the best What was great: - Free bikes to use - Incredible location for sunset with nice deck chairs - Overall architecture was nice - Cleaning service twice a day - loved this perk

The first night we realised our AC wasn't working, so we asked to change rooms. They gave us a room for one night and made us go back to our original room as they had fixed the AC. Wasn't great to move a couple of times. Also, I know this appears in the pictures, and it is in no way the hotel's fault, but the bathroom is outside. Now, I thought I didn't mind this, but turns out when you're being bitten by mosquito every time you use the bathroom or if you go to shower, you start really minding it. Now I know that outside bathrooms are not for me. What was pretty terrible: - State of the hotel in general: various broken things, including around the pool, lights in the bathroom (barely had any light there, and I asked them to fix it but they didn't), roof had loads of holes - Cleaning: definitely need more help here, sheets and towels were super clean but floor wasn't great. This might be because so so many bugs got into the room - Openness of the room: the room doesn't really have doors that close completely. They're sliding doors which have a pretty big gap for bugs, cockroaches, etc. This made the room dirty, as there was always dead bugs everywhere. In our room, every night we would find lizard poop everywhere. Pretty disgusting stuff - Places to put bags/sit: massive room but a bit awkward in layout - Back of the bed is non- existent, so you can't sit in bed, you can only lie down. Pretty annoying if you want to chill in the evening - Bugs, so many bugs: I got bitten so so many times - even if you don't have issues, these might be a bit annoying. There was a mosquito net but even that didn't deter them - Staff: was ok as I said, but all seemed to be doing things to get some extra money. seemed disingenuous - Wasn't worth the price - too expensive for what we got
