Cozy 1BR Apartment with Parking

We loved the atmosphere. It had everything we needed. I liked the wee homely touches. The car parking was really important to us so that was excellent. It was perfectly placed to go into the town and access all the amenities.

There was an issue with the shower. The owners have apologised and say they are working on fixing it. Need a chopping board!

The flat was clean, Bed was comfortable and well dressed.. Plenty of storage. Kitchen stocked with dried products Everything you need except ofcause fresh foods. Well stocked with cleaning products . Bathroom clean paint work alittle tiered, fan seemed very loud. well stocked. Living room clean , bright , and comfortable . Tv easy to use. , and a small dining table. Carpet. Windows open and close easily .

When we arrived, the car park for the flat is under the bottom floor of the block of flats . It was every difficult to reverse a big car in as very tight. The key box was up high on the inner wall of the parking bay.. So we could not see at first if we had the code in properly. It was a struggle . We didn't go out that evening in case it was dark and couldn't get back in the garage. (My husband is a good driver). When we got in we found the flat was on the 4 floor. 16 steps each flight . This was a big problem for my husband. He has breathing problems. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF WHICH FLOOR THE FLAT WAS ON. IN THE ADVERT. THERE WAS A LIFT APPARENTLY ROUND THE CORNER OF THE HALL . BUT IT WAS BROKEN. BAD SHOW I THINK. We would not have booked this flat if we had known the floor it was on, and my husband wouldn't have had to struggle. And fight for breath after each flight of stairs. We only stayed one night as the difficult access up and down the stars for my husband was too much. Please add floor number to advert. ( etg.
