Stunning New Modern 4-bedroom Townhouse,in Pakuranga Heights

We stayed at this 4-bedroom home in August 2026 and really enjoyed how comfortable and spacious it was. Everything was clean and well presented, and the layout gave everyone enough room while still having a central living space to spend time together. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the home was conveniently located on a street that felt safe, close to sporting grounds and local amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful, even assisting us with a clothes rack during our stay. We especially appreciated how warm and dry the house felt despite the winter rain, as well as the additional toilet in the garage, and the easy parking out front when our van could not fit in the garage. Overall, we had a really comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay, and we would happily recommend this home to others. We would definitely book again.

There is no dryer but a clothes rack was dropped off and there is a 24-hour self service laundry less than 2 minutes away-very convenient.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this brand-new 4-bedroom home! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. With 4 generous bedrooms, it gave our group plenty of privacy while the open-plan living area was perfect for coming together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, and the amenities are top-notch. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and made the check-in process seamless. Location was also great and convenient. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Will definitely book again!
