Alluvial New Build - Huge Backyard & Deck, 6 Baths

Location was great. With no off street parking we were still able to fit 2x cars and a van on the property. With all the things we email about, fast response reply back to me and our request items were provided which was great. It did sound a lot but we. House was very clean apart from the clothes not cleaned out from the draws Lot's of cleaning items in the kitchen

1. We found clothes in draws from the group before. 2. No portable heaters as the bottom floor was colder than the top two floors 3. No Handtowels were left for the 6 bathrooms 4. We had a booking for 18pax and two Inner duvets were missing on the first night. 5. When we arrived the beds were not set up as in the layout, so I had two mums running around to set the beds up 6. As this house is a new build, and not lived I understand min kitchen items were supplied. But if you are booking it out for 18pax, then more essential kitchen items to cook for the 18x would of been great. (The can opener didn't work, no serving tongs, only 1x small chopping board and no big platters or baking tray for us to cook on).
