Perfect for large groups! Everything you need!

Great location, close to Sylvia park and easily accessible to the highway. Was a good spot for a group of us and lots of bathrooms and toilets on both levels. Instructions were clear and owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. Everything you will need for a large group to stay! Nice quiet neighbourhood. Lots of parking with a gate to keep cars safe!

Property is average condition, shower drain was blocked because of lack of use and a sulphuric smell was kinda gross but rectified itself. I spoke to owners are they were really helpful!

Great spacious accommodation

It’s a great location would suits girls getaway or hens night or large family gatherings, plenty of rooms and beds. Every bath had a hairdryer, lots of kitchen space to prepare food. Overall a great place to stay. Central to Sylvia park, Ikea and good spot to explore Auckland.

There was a small plumbing issue but the host responded quickly

Fantastic home. Ample room for the kids both inside and out. Very clean. Great views.

The area was a little dodgy. Completely fenced so it wasn't actually and issue at all. It's just a very poor area and a little rowdy at times. Would saty here again regardless. The host was great. Very proactive

Huge house, great for entertaining a lot of people, all amenity’s you’d expect and plenty of space. The location is ok, minor draw backs with neighbourhood but all and all we lived our stay

More details on the location of the security system would have been great, the furniture was a little lived in but nothing to horendus

Good Sizes of BEDROOMS, Very Clean and Spacious. Lot of Bathroom and Toilet for everyone so no hassle of long wait.

Stove Top/ Cooker.... only 1 frying pan to use because it is induction Cooker and the Pots and Pans are not for induction cooker.
